30-Day Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original condition

  • Preferably in its original packaging

How To Start A Return

To begin a return, please email support@trynovie.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation for the return

Once approved, our support team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please securely package your item and provide the tracking number once shipped.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs whenever applicable.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you a confirmation email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.

To request a cancellation, please email support@trynovie.com with your order number and use "Cancellation" as the subject line.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still return it once delivered under our return policy.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Packages
